Reversing.

Appellant, Corbin Ice & Carbonating Co., owns and operates an ice plant in tbe town of Corbin, Whitley county, Kentucky. Its plant is located near the railroad track, and besides manufacturing and selling ice in the usual way, it is also engaged in, as a part of its business, the icing or re-icing of refrigerator cars, as it may be called upon by the railroad company to do so.
