Affirming.

Appellant, Charles Flaig, sued appellee company to recover damages for an injury sustained while in its employ as a laborer. Three grounds of negligence are set up in the petition — failure of the defendant to furnish plaintiff a reasonably safe place in which to work, failure to provide him reasonably safe tools with which to work, and failure to warn him of the dangers incident to his employment.
