Affirming.

In this suit to recover damages for personal injuries, at the close of plaintiff’s evidence the jury returned a directed verdict for the defendant, and judgment was entered in accordance therewith. Plaintiff appeals.

It is substantially pleaded and proven that in the town of Ravenna the Louisville and Nashville Railroad Company has a number of repair tracks running parallel and intersecting with its main line on which it repairs rolling stock used on its road.
