MEMORANDUM-DECISION and ORDER

Currently before the Court, in this pro se civil rights action filed by Rick Trombley (“Plaintiff’), on behalf of himself and his minor children H and N, against John O’Neill, Jeffery Letson, Kim Marie and Michael Gallant (“Defendants”), is Defendants’ motion to dismiss Plaintiffs Complaint for failure to state a claim pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6). (Dkt. No. 19.) For the reasons set forth below, Defendants’ motion is granted.
