Defendant appeals from the judgment. There Avas an order denying its motion in the alternative for a reduction of the verdict or a neAV trial.
This is a second appeal herein. Hayday v. Hammermill Paper Co. 176 Minn. 315, 223 N. W. 614, 63 A. L. R. 210. Some questions were so disposed of by the former decision that they do not again arise. The action is to recover damages for breach of a contract to buy 20,000 cords of pulpwood.
