ORDER and OPINION

MORGAN, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court on third-party defendant Star Enterprise, Inc.’s (“Star”) motion to remand the case to the state court from which it was removed. The Court conducted a hearing on January 29, 1998 and GRANTED Star’s motion to remand. This opinion sets forth the Court’s reasoning in more detail.
