This is a suit by the beneficiary of an insurance policy.
The pleading consists of the complaint, pleas, replication, and rejoinders, to all of which demurrers were filed by the parties, and these rulings being adverse to appellant, he takes a nonsuit and appeals on the record, assigning the various adverse rulings of the court on the pleading as error.
