This appeal questions the correctness of a judgment of the Juvenile Court of the District of Columbia entered May 12, 1939, that the appellant Fairfax Stuart, a child fifteen years of age “is without adequate parental care and support,” and that she be “placed under the guardianship of Mrs. Lloyd P.
