The contention of plaintiff in error in the state courts, as shown-by the record, and also stated in the certificate of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the State, is that sustaining the tax proceedings, divests it of - its property without due process of law, in contravention of the Fourteenth Amendment to the"Constitution of the United States.' - At the time of those proceedings, while the land in controversy was within the limits of . the Capital Addition to North Yakima, it had not been…
