Appellants-defendants American United Life Insurance Company (AUL) and R.E. Moulton, Inc., (Moulton) (collectively, the appellants), appeal the grant of summary judgment in favor of plaintiffs-appellees Restaurant Hospitality Association of Indiana (Hospitality), the Indiana District of the Assemblies of God (IAG), and CQI, Inc.
