Determination of the issue requires a construction of the phrase “at the time of accident or death” as contained in the Workmen’s Compensation statute, li. S. 34:15-13g: “The term ‘dependents’ shall apply to and include any or all of the following who are dependent upon the deceased at the time o£ accident or death, namely: * * .” Grandchildren of the employe were actual dependents, in his household, at the time of the accident.
