Workmen’s Compensation. On appeal from decree of single justice affirming decision of Industrial Accident Commission awarding compensation to petitioner.
Joseph I. Lachance was injured on October 1, 1926 while in the course of his employment by an accident arising out of his employ*392ment. His death, which occurred on December 12, 1929, was a result of the accident. Compensation for total disability was paid to him from the time of the injury to the date of his death.
