This is an appeal by Gerald E. Chizek, Commissioner of Labor, hereinafter called Chizek, from an order of the District Court for Douglas County which reversed the determination of the Appeal Tribunal of the Department of Labor which found that plaintiff had voluntarily left her employment with Stuart’s, Inc., without good cause and therefore was not entitled to unemployment compensation benefits.
