RYAN, Circuit Judge.
Gerald Sparks appeals pro se the district court’s dismissal of his complaint against the Kentucky Committee on Character and Fitness, its members, two employees hired by the Committee, one member of the Board of Bar Examiners, and the Chief Justice of the Kentucky Supreme Court. *542The district court held that the defendants were entitled to absolute judicial, or quasi-judicial, immunity from liability in appellant’s 42 U.S.C. § 1983 suit requesting monetary damages. We affirm.
