The Concerned Tenants Association of Father Panik Village, along with thirteen named residents of Father Panik Village, have filed a class action suit in the above-captioned matter on behalf of more than 700 resident families to redress the allegedly dangerous, indecent, and unsanitary living conditions at Father Panik Village, a low-income housing project in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
