RUCKER, Judge.
After a bench trial Stephen Hadley was convicted of battery as a class A misdemean- or. On appeal he phrases the issue as follows: whether waiver of the right to a jury trial in a misdemeanor case can be presumed when the Defendant is neither informed of the time limits for asserting the right nor advised of the consequences of failing to comply with the time limits.
We affirm.
