MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
WEXLER, District Judge.
By Notice of Appeal dated November 18, 1997, defendant Robert J. Melillo (variously referred to in this opinion as “Melillo”, “defendant”, or “debtor”) seeks to invoke this Court’s jurisdiction to hear appeals from the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York. Melillo hopes to reverse an order of Bankruptcy Judge Stan Bernstein that denied Melillo’s motion to dismiss plaintiffs’ adversary proceeding, and transferred that proceeding to the United States District Court for the District of Alaska, the venue for a related case.…
