TRAGER, District Judge.
Plaintiff-Appellant Sharp International Corp. (“Sharp”) appeals an order of the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York (Craig, J.), dismissing in its entirety an adversary complaint filed by Sharp against its former secured lender, State Street Bank and Trust Company (“State Street”). The complaint asserts a claim against State Street under New York common law for aiding and abetting Sharp’s three officers in breaching their fiduciary duties to the company.
