This is an attorney disciplinary proceeding involving charges of professional misconduct filed against the Respondent, Michael R. Davis (“Davis”). On October 7, 2011, a panel of the Board on Professional Responsibility (the “Board”) issued a report (“Violation Report”)1 that concluded Davis violated the Delaware Lawyers’ Rules of Professional Conduct (the “Rules”) and the Delaware Lawyers’ Rules of Disciplinary Procedure (“Disciplinary Rules”).
