On its own motion, the Court determines that it lacks subject matter jurisdiction. Accordingly, this action is remanded to the Circuit Court of Hinds County, Mississippi.
I. Factual and Procedural History
On June 21, 2011, the plaintiffs filed a complaint in the Circuit Court of Hinds County, Mississippi, against the Mississippi Development Authority (“MDA”), a state agency. Docket No. 3, at 2.
