Smith, J.:

This is a claim for workmen’s compensation. The commissioner of workmen’s compensation made an award denying compensation. On appeal this award was approved by the district court. The claimant has appealed.

*386There is not much dispute in the evidence. The only witnesses to testify were a fellow workman and three doctors. They all testified for the claimant.
