This matter is before the Court for consideration of five reports filed by the Special Master in which she recommends that the Court grant the motions for preliminary injunction filed on behalf of eleven members of the class. Plaintiffs’ class counsel and/or counsel for defendants filed objections to the Special Master’s reports and recommendations pursuant to Rule 53 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
