In this action for declaratory relief, defendants, Raymond G. Ledford, Margaret J. Ledford, Philip S. Catalano, Sheryl L. Cata-lano, and David F.H. Ledford, appeal from the summary judgment entered in favor of plaintiff, Universal Resources Corporation. We affirm.

In 1950, the owners of a 275-acre parcel of real estate signed an oil and gas lease covering the entire parcel.
