In this action for wrongful discharge, defendants, Smith & Saetveit, P.C. (the corporation), Dennis D. Smith (Smith), and William R. Saetveit (Saetveit), appeal the judgment entered following trial to the court awarding plaintiff, N. Láveme Mag-nuson, damages for wrongful discharge under an employment contract.
