MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

JOYCE HENS GREEN, District Judge.

Presently before the Court is the United States’ Motion to Dismiss (“Motion to Dismiss”) the Third Party Petition For Hearing to Adjudicate Property Interest of The Pacif-ie Bank pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 1963(Z) (1994) (“L-Claim”). For the reasons expressed below, the motion will be granted and the L-Claim will be dismissed.

The facts regarding the collapse of Bank of Credit and Commercial International (“BCCI”) 1 are well known in the financial and legal communities and only a brief background discussion is provided herein.…
