First National Bank in Dallas (First National) brought this action against Tom L. Walker (Walker) and two other individuals, as guarantors of the corporate indebtedness of Instant Ice, Inc. to the bank. Prior to trial, judgment was rendered by agreement against the other two guarantors. Following a jury trial, judgment was rendered that First National take nothing against Walker, and from that portion of the judgment, First National appeals.
