DECISION

LEWIS, Judge:

Despite his pleas to the contrary, the appellant was found guilty by members of wrongful use and possession of marijuana, wrongful solicitation of an airman to use marijuana on divers occasions, wrongful solicitation of an airman to make a false official statement, and obstruction of justice. He was found not guilty of wrongful use of amphetamines and wrongful solicitation of an airman to use amphetamines. His adjudged sentence was dishonorable discharge, confinement for five years, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and reduction to airman basic.1 2The convening…
