Plaintiffs appeal as of right orders of the circuit court granting defendants’ motions for summary disposition pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(10). We affirm.

This is a third-party personal injury cause of action arising out of a motor vehicle collision that occurred on July 5, 1995, at approximately 1:00 A.M., at a residential intersection. The facts of the case are truly bizarre.
