Plaintiff, Elizabeth Strejcek, a probationary teacher, filed an amended petition for a writ of mandamus and an amended complaint for a declaratory judgment against the defendant, Board of Education of Berwyn School District 100 (hereinafter Board), alleging that her dismissal without a hearing had been improper.
