IVERS, Associate Judge:

Barry Horowitz appeals a July 19, 1991, decision of the Board of Veterans’ Appeals (BVA or Board) denying service connection for Meniere’s syndrome, denying an increased (compensable) evaluation for epidi-dymitis, and denying entitlement to a total disability rating for purposes of individual unemployability (IU). Barry P. Horowitz, BVA 91-30011 (July 19, 1991). The Court has jurisdiction of the case pursuant to 38 U.S.C.A. § 7252(a) (West 1991).
