This is an action by plaintiff in error, as plaintiff, to recover from the defendants in error, as defendants, the sum of $1,086 for pianos consigned to and sold by defendants. Service was not obtained on the defendant Edmiston, and the cause was tried to the court as against the defendant Brewer. Judgment was in favor of the defendant, and plaintiff appeals to this court.
