Tundidor appeals his conviction of first-degree murder and sentence of death as well as his two convictions for attempted felony murder. We have jurisdiction. See art. V, § 3(b)(1), Fla. Const. For the reasons stated below, we vacate Tundidor’s two convictions of attempted felony murder, deny all other claims raised on appeal, and affirm Tundidor’s conviction for first-degree murder and sentence of death.
