NOEL, District Judge.
This suit is brought by the Airline Flight Attendants in the service of Texas International Airlines, Inc., as represented by the Air Line Pilots Association, International (hereinafter referred to as the “Flight Attendants”) who seek to enjoin alleged violations of the Railway Labor Act, 45 U.S.C. § 151, et seq., by defendant Texas International Airlines, Inc.
