The questions presented by this appeal can best be understood by reference to the bill of complaint and answer in the case.

The bill, which was filed hy two of the administrators of Jacob Shank, deceased, alleges that Jacob Shank, of Eredericy County, died intestate on or about the 21th of July, 1906, and that Isaiah Cline and J. Clarence Lane, with Otho J. Shank, one of the defendants, were duly appointed adminis trators of the personal estate of the deceased.
