The numerous exceptions in this record were taken in the course of the appellant’s trial on a charge of robbery. The crime in which he was alleged to be a participant was committed on the morning of October 1st, 1926, in front of the Henry Sonnebom Company’s plant on South Paca Street in the City of Baltimore.
