Tbe plaintiff is an administrator of a resident decedent; tbe defendant a foreign corporation; tbe cause of action for wrongful death, growing out of a motor vehicle accident or collision, occurring on a public highway in tbis State.
Service of summons is sought to be bad through tbe Commissioner of Motor Vehicles, as provided by cb. 75, Public Laws 1929, as amended by cb. 36, Public Laws 1941, for service of process on nonresident operators of motor vehicles on tbe public highways of tbis State. 21 R. C. L., 1347.
