Polaroid Corporation (“Polaroid”) appeals from a judgment entered in favor of Ollie Lattimore with respect to several claims of racial harassment and employment discrimination brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. (“Title VII”) and Mass. Gen. L. ch. 151B, § 4 (“Chapter 151B”). Polaroid contends that the District Court erred in denying Polaroid’s motions for summary judgment, for judgment as a matter of law and for a new trial.
