THE COURT.
Plaintiffs appeal from an order denying a motion for a change of venue. After the appeal was perfected, the defendant and respondent, Gladyce C. Merola, died. Helen King Chagnon, as executrix of Mrs. Merola’s will, has been substituted as respondent in the place of Mrs. Merola.
The action is to recover for legal services performed under a written agreement executed in San Francisco by plaintiffs Hatch and Athearn, as attorneys, and Mrs. Merola, as client; and to recover for other legal services rendered by said plaintiffs in addition to the services performed by them under the…
