This case involves the interpretation of an accident and disability policy. As a result of injuries caused by an automobile accident in 1966, the record indicates that plaintiff began to suffer debilitoiy effects of multiple sclerosis, finally becoming totally disabled in February of 1969. After receiving special verdicts, the trial court denied plaintiff’s claim for accident disability benefits.
