On this day, the Court considered Defendant Jorge Carlos Vergara Madrigal’s (“Vergara”) Motion to Dismiss for Forum Non Conveniens, Subject to Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs Amended Complaint Pursuant to Rule 12(b)(2) (“Motion to Dismiss”) (ECF No. 44). The Court also considered Vergara’s Motion to Exclude Expert Opinions of David Lopez (ECF No. 57) and Motion to Exclude Expert Opinions of Lawrence Villalobos (ECF No. 58).
