No objection is made, or urged, to the finding of the amount to be paid by the city as just compensation for the land taken, nor to the entry of judgment therefor, or in authorizing the entry of the city into the thirty-four feet strip condemned, upon payment of that sum. The verdicts and judgments are to be regarded as separate and distinct. Stubbings v. Evanston, 136 Ill. 37.
