MARCUS, District Judge.

THIS CAUSE comes before the Court on Plaintiffs motion to remand. In this action, Plaintiff Lionel Barnet sues Defendant Nelson Wainman for state-law fraud and negligence. Specifically, Barnet alleges that Wainman, a licensed insurance agent, fraudulently and negligently advised Barnet that his failure to reveal certain pre-existing medical conditions on an application for a health insurance policy would not affect his coverage under the policy.
