BRIMMER, District Judge.

This case surrounds an accident on a river rafting trip. The plaintiff, along with her husband, Bruce Madsen, and two daughters attended the trip. Before embarking on the trip, Bruce Madsen signed a “Reservation and Liability Release.” Defendant claims that this release requires Bruce Madsen to indemnify Defendant for any claims brought by a member of his family against the defendant.
