ORDER DENYING DEFENDANTS’ MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

BRIMMER, District Judge.

This case arises from the personal injuries suffered by the Plaintiff while on a day trip trail horseback ride with the Defendants. The matter is currently before the Court on the Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment.
