This is an action for partition of a parcel of real estate located on Sill Lane in Old Lyme, which consists of a working farm and undeveloped acreage *544with substantial water frontage on the Lieutenant River and Mill Brook. The defendant Ruth B. Coxe, individually and as administratrix of the estate of her husband, Samuel H. Coxe, is the owner of a one-half interest in the property. The plaintiff John Lohmann is the owner of the other one-half interest in the property.
