The Schuyler Electric Manufacturing Company is a corporation chartered by the legislature of this State, and is located at Hartford. The Schuyler Electric Company is a corporation formed under and pursuant to the joint stock Acts of the State, and is located at Middletown. For convenience we may call the first named company the Hartford corporation, and the other the Middletown corporation.
