Affirming.
The appellant, under an indictment charging him with unlawfully detaining a woman against her will, was fried and convicted, and ©n this appeal he asks a reversal of the judgment against him.
It appears from the record that in September, 1912, the prosecuting witness, Miss Beulah Watson, was teaching school and boarding at the house of John Black, a brother of appellant.
