Per Curiam :
In the Appellate Court, the following statement of the case and opinion were filed by Lacey, P. J.:
“This was an information for quo warranto, filed by the State’s attorney of Kendall county, in the circuit court of that county, on the 27th day of July, 1887, against the appellees, to compel them to show cause by what right they claimed to hold the office of directors of 'school district No. 1, town 37 north, range 7, east of the third principal meridian, in said county.
