This is a bill, filed in the Superior Court of Cook County -on April 22, 1886, by the appellant Silas Q. Perry against the appellees James H. Pearson, Eugene H. Pearson and Granger Farwell for the purpose of setting aside a sale, made by the appellant on November 24, 1884, to the said James H. Pearson, of stock to the amount of $357,500.00 in the “Perry-Pearson Company,” a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Michigan to carry on the business of manufacturing lumber, lath, shingles, etc., and transporting and marketing the same, and, for such business, to acquire lands,…
