OPINION
VOLINN, Bankruptcy Judge:
The debtor, Barbara Turner, claimed that the California Department of Real Estate (DRE) violated the anti-discrimination provisions of Section 525(a)1 by suspending her *695real estate license after it paid a claim out of the state’s real estate recovery fund to individuals with a nondischargeable claim against the debtor. The court below dismissed the debtor’s complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted and the debtor appeals. We affirm.
